Our lifeguard certification course equips students with essential water rescue techniques, First Aid, CPR, and pool safety skills. In addition to hands-on training, participants gain valuable knowledge about physical fitness, emergency preparedness, and risk prevention.
Upon registration, students receive 7 hours of online video instruction, which must be completed before attending the in-person sessions. This flexible format helps trainees build a strong foundation before practicing lifesaving techniques in the water.
Our courses are taught by experienced aquatic instructors dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. We offer crash courses and can accommodate requests for male-only or female-only lifeguard classes in New York.
