Refund and Covid-19 policy

• All of our instructors are vaccinated!!!
• All classes are running as scheduled.
  • • The classes will run with safety in mind.
      • Any student who does not want to rescue another student during training can rescue a full-body pool manikin.

• We sanitize our equipment before and after each class.
• We offer daily 1-on-1 CPR/AED classes. Call us to schedule your CPR class.
• Each student will be using their CPR mask.
• If you want to take a Lifeguard Re-certification class, you must have a current lifeguarding certificate or one that expires within 45 days. This was extended from 30 days.
• We reserve the right to cancel any class or send any student home who is not feeling well.
• As a company created by First Responders, we offer all First Responders, Nurses, Doctors, and their immediate families (Father, Mother, Sister, Brother, Son, Daughter) 5% off all classes. Please call us at (718) 954-5567 for more information. If you know someone qualified for this discount, please let them know. The first responder ID must be submitted within 72 hours of registration.
• Starting March 1st, 2020, you have 24 hours to request a refund. The refund will be a 75% refund. After 24 hours, there will be no refunds. There will be no exceptions. Instead, you will receive credit for another class for one year. Make sure you can attend the class that you register for.
• If you signed up 72 hours before the class starts, there would not be any refunds even if you cancel within 24 hours.
• Make sure you can pass all the class prerequisites before signing up. If you attend the class and cannot pass the prerequisites, there will not be any refunds. Instead, you will receive credit for a future class. The credit is for one year.
• Suppose a student gets tested positive for Covid-19. The student must notify us so we can follow local protocols. The class will also be rescheduled for the following week, and all students will be notified.
• If you signed up for a class and want to reschedule to another class, a $50 rescheduling fee will be associated with the change.
